During her early career at companies like Estee Lauder and L'Oreal she launched brands and products around the globe.

Janera Soerel | Managing Partner

A former investment banker and media entrepreneur, Janera operates as a marketing and branding strategist specializing in bringing a unique crossover approach that adds genuine value to brands looking to better connect to diverse audiences.

Janera was also the Program Director at the Urban Zen Foundation, created by fashion icon and philanthropist Donna Karan. She created programs to promote the foundation’s mission and hosted exhibitions, panels, and fundraisers with partners including: The Daily Beast, FEED Project, Ariana Huffington, and Amnesty International.


Jack Stallings Creative Director

As a writer/director based in New York, Jack has concepted, written and directed for brands like the 9/11 Memorial, Citibike and Idlewild Books, and clients such as Havas Worldwide. In his work, Jack focuses on the creation of innovative, integrated campaigns, designed with a voice that drills deeply into a brand’s core identity.

Prior to his work in advertising, Jack worked in Los Angeles as an assistant and associate producer in episodic television, on such shows as The West Wing and The Guardian. He has sold two feature screenplays and done script rewrites for major Hollywood studios.


Kate Tedesco Content Specialist

Kate Tedesco is a seasoned writer, editor and content advisor with a unique global perspective. She began her career in magazines, covering emerging markets, travel, business and lifestyle trends for publications including Newsweek, Time Out NY and Latin Finance. She also spent time as a Communications Officer for the UN Mission in Kosovo, and as a consultant has guided the communications and content platforms for organizations including Eurasia Group, International Crisis Group and Global Strategy Group. She has a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, and has a working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.



Marybeth Bentwood PR Specialist

Marybeth drives media strategy, brand positioning and trade board engagement, and has a track record of successful brand partnerships. In addition to founding her own public relations agency, she ran the communications department for a noted wine-producing country’s most celebrated wine importers, and now helms the U.S. office of Wines of Chile. Altogether, Marybeth brings 10 years of strategic communications experience in the wine, travel and lifestyle fields.
